Accountant - Order to Cash (O2C) Shared Service

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant specialized in Order to Cash (O2C) within our Shared Services team. You will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting the overall success of the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Process transactions for internal and external suppliers while strictly following internal controls.
• Handle accounts payable inquiries and investigations promptly.
• Prepare vendor payment proposals, ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Maintain up‑to‑date vendor master data and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and accruals.
• Assist auditors by providing required documentation.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports for the Business Controller and management.
• Contribute to automation initiatives by helping implement efficiency‑enhancing tools.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• University degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and respect for deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
