Accounts Admin Allrounder

About the role

We are a fast‑paced plumbing projects and maintenance company seeking a motivated and reliable Accounts Administration All‑Rounder to support both our finance and office functions. The role offers a varied mix of accounting, customer service and general administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare customer invoices, statements and manage payment allocation
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Handle supplier invoices, purchase orders and assist with payroll administration
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry
• Manage document filing, record keeping and customer portals
• Provide phone and email customer service
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle services
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management
• Support the wider office team with administrative tasks as needed

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounts administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
• Professional communication and problem‑solving abilities
