Accounts Receivable Manager – Lead Finance Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR function at IGI‑Group in Sheikh Zayed, Giza. You will be responsible for safeguarding cash flow, optimizing collection processes and supporting the company’s financial stability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Oversee billing, collections, cash applications and reconciliations.
• Develop and enforce credit policies to mitigate risk.
• Monitor AR aging reports, analyse trends and implement strategies to reduce DSO.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and other departments to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present comprehensive AR reports to senior management.
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Seasoned financial leader with deep knowledge of accounts receivable best practices.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proven ability to lead teams, analyse data and develop strategic solutions.
