Activity Coordinator - Immediate Hire

About the role

Egypt Education Platform is looking for an organized, creative and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join its team at a National School in New Cairo. The coordinator plans, organises and runs school activities and events that promote student engagement, creativity, teamwork and overall development. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee school activities, clubs, competitions and special events.
• Develop an annual activities calendar aligned with the school's educational goals.
• Coordinate sports days, cultural events, field trips, assemblies and school celebrations.
• Supervise staff, volunteers and student leaders involved in organising activities.
• Manage activity budgets, resources and equipment efficiently.
• Communicate activity schedules and event details to students, parents and staff.
• Encourage student participation, inclusion and leadership across age groups.
• Evaluate activities and keep records of attendance, permissions and event reports.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations and safeguarding requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Art Education, Recreation, Event Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in school activities coordination, youth programmes or event management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of child safeguarding and school safety practices.
• All appointments are subject to background checks and reference verification.
