About the role
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executives and team members. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule onsite and virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and contribute to team discussions.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
- Collaborate with other departments to support efficient operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 5‑7 years of experience in administrative roles within a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
