After Sales & Services Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an After Sales & Services Engineer to support our LV/MV electrical panel and power distribution business. The role involves ensuring reliable operation of medium‑voltage (MV) distribution equipment and providing technical assistance to our customers in Egypt. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely resolution of field issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of MV distribution panels.
• Utilize inspection instruments and testing tools to verify equipment performance.
• Program and configure MV control and protection relays.
• Deliver technical phone support and on‑site assistance to customers as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power or Control.
• 3 to 10 years of after‑sales experience in the electrical or power‑distribution sector.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to work under pressure.

Required skills

• MV distribution panel maintenance.
• Operation of inspection instruments and testing equipment.
• Programming of MV control relays.
• Programming of MV protection relays.
