AI Program Manager

About the role

The AI Program Manager acts as the central coordination hub for multiple AI initiatives across subsidiaries. This role translates high‑level strategy into concrete project plans, aligns resources, and ensures that all projects collectively advance the organization’s digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dependencies and shared resources among related AI projects across different subsidiaries.
• Convert strategic objectives into tactical milestones, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and remove systemic blockers that impede subsidiary‑level project managers.
• Lead each project through ideation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Consolidate project data, track progress, and align metrics with program goals.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation, risk registers, and status reports.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in matrix organizations, preferably with government customers and complex structures.
• Senior‑level experience managing interconnected digital‑transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations to guide trade‑off discussions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage advanced risk scenarios.
