• Prototype with AI coding assistants and design tools to create working experiences in hours.
• Write prompts, system messages, microcopy and model‑facing instructions as part of the design surface.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Solutions teams to deliver pragmatic client solutions.
• Define success metrics, instrument features and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, adding components, patterns and documentation.
• Break problems down, reason about trade‑offs and choose the simplest solution.

Required profile

• Strong product design craft with a focus on interaction, visual design and UX writing.
• Comfortable working in an AI‑native environment and using AI tools to accelerate design.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Self‑starter attitude for a remote‑first, fast‑moving team.
