About the role
The Airport Representative (Meet and Assist) ensures a smooth arrival experience for guests at the airport. You will coordinate pick‑up requests, manage luggage assistance and guide travelers to transport facilities. This role requires a professional attitude and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Stand by at the arrival terminal for every scheduled flight and greet incoming guests.
- Handle guest arrival requests, arrange transportation and coordinate pick‑up services.
- Assist with luggage handling, baggage clearance and direct guests to appropriate transport options.
- Maintain a courteous and helpful presence throughout the guest’s time at the airport.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; a willingness to learn.
- Excellent command of English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team.
