About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Airport Representative to welcome and assist our guests arriving at the airport in Nozha, Cairo. You will ensure a smooth and pleasant first impression by managing pick‑up requests, luggage handling, and transportation coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Stand by at the arrival terminal for every scheduled flight.
- Assist guests with luggage clearance and guide them to transport facilities.
- Arrange and coordinate pick‑up requests and transportation for arriving guests.
- Provide courteous support throughout the arrival process, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Excellent command of English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
