Airport Representative – Sharm El Sheikh

About the role

Jet2holidays is launching operations in Egypt in February 2027 and needs enthusiastic Airport Representatives to welcome and assist our guests at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. You will be the first point of contact for travellers, ensuring a smooth and memorable start and end to their holiday experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm welcome and provide a friendly Jet2holidays smile.
• Assist passengers throughout the arrivals and departures halls, offering transfer and holiday information via tablet.
• Distribute welcome packs and deliver verbal briefings on coach transfers.
• Act as the primary contact during flight disruptions, emergencies, and escalations, coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with transfer providers and support operations both inside the terminal and in the coach park to maintain a VIP experience.

Required profile

• Valid right‑to‑work documents for Egypt (Egyptian National ID or passport).
• Residing in Egypt with personal accommodation and ability to travel to the airport at any hour.
• Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, split shifts, weekends and to respond to emergencies.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors, especially during summer months.
