Aluminum Site Supervisor

About the role

Kobann Aluminium is seeking an experienced Aluminum Site Supervisor to lead on‑site installation and fabrication activities in Qesm El Maadi, Egypt. This full‑time position ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work plans and assign tasks to site teams and subcontractors.
• Inspect materials, verify measurements, and review technical and shop drawings.
• Monitor progress, track tools and materials, and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly and communicate updates to project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Prepare basic site reports documenting progress and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong supervision experience in aluminum, metalworks, façades or related construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Solid knowledge of construction site safety, quality control, and local regulations.
• Effective communication with engineers, suppliers, and clients.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to meet changing site conditions.
