Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

BPOHIVE is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join its remote team. You will work US business hours (4 pm – 1 am Egypt time) to schedule appointments and generate leads for our clients. The position is full‑time and requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone or email to set qualified appointments.
• Follow up with leads to confirm attendance and gather necessary information.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level or C1/C2 English proficiency.
• Located in Egypt and able to work US evening hours.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call‑center environments.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.

Required skills

• Appointment scheduling and lead‑generation techniques.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
