AR Accountant

About the role

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant will manage the full cycle of invoicing, collections and reporting for both local and export sales. The role ensures accurate billing, timely cash application and compliance with tax portal requirements while supporting month‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Issue daily local sales invoices based on delivered quantities.
• Prepare export invoices and accompanying documentation.
• Upload invoices to the ETA Tax Portal and share them with customers.
• Record customer collections against issued invoices.
• Calculate interest according to contracts and agreements.
• Monitor, track and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Follow up on local sales and contract issuance.
• Prepare and send customer statements.
• Calculate operational costs and support FX exposure preparation.
• Submit daily AR reports covering collections and customer balances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly customer aging reports.
• Assist in balance‑sheet reconciliation using the BlackLine system.
• Support month‑end closing activities.
• Assist in tax inspections, audits and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with other finance team members as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (English Section preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and operational accounting.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
