Arabic Speaking Client Conversion Specialist (Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Client Conversion Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in converting leads into active trading accounts. The specialist will contact and follow up with new and existing leads through various channels such as phone, email and WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into funded trading accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay informed about market developments and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Forex, CFD, online trading or financial services sales.
• Proven experience in conversion, telesales, inside sales or client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the Forex/CFD industry and online trading environment.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
• Highly motivated, target‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Effective follow‑up and pipeline management.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Good knowledge of customer onboarding and KYC procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
