Architect – Design & Project Execution

About the role

Everest Properties is seeking a full-time Architect to join its New Cairo office. The professional will be responsible for designing residential and commercial projects, developing concepts from schematic to detailed design, and ensuring successful delivery through close coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design drawings at concept, schematic and detailed stages.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian building codes, regulations and client requirements.
• Support the creation of design presentations, reports and submission documents.
• Revise drawings based on internal reviews, client feedback and authority comments.
• Participate in design meetings and coordination workshops.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in an engineering consultancy or recognized design firm.
• Good understanding of design development and construction documentation.
• Basic knowledge of local building codes and standards.
• Experience in property development or construction is an advantage.
