Architect – Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Architect Quality Control Specialist will join ELEVATE Construction in Hurghada to ensure that all architectural deliverables meet design standards, building codes, and project requirements. Working on‑site, you will act as the bridge between design teams and construction crews, guaranteeing that the built environment reflects approved plans.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents for compliance.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, site supervisors, and design teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct on‑site inspections to verify work aligns with approved plans.
• Document quality issues, propose corrective actions, and track their implementation.
• Support integration of design tools and BIM coordination platforms with construction workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality‑assurance processes and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in architecture or a reputable consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proven project‑management abilities across multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Hurghada and adapt to changing project schedules.
