Architectural Lighting Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Lighting Design Engineer to create precise interior and exterior lighting solutions that meet client expectations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative architectural lighting concepts for both interior and exterior projects.
• Develop and present detailed design proposals, showcasing technical and creative expertise.
• Own projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with clients to capture requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other construction professionals.
• Stay updated on the latest lighting design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of professional experience in lighting or architectural design.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage assignments within defined parameters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Up‑to‑date portfolio demonstrating relevant lighting design projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Dialux EVO.
• Experience with 3D rendering software such as Lumion or 3ds Max.
• Solid knowledge of BIM workflows.
• Expertise in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Competence with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
