Architectural Project Coordinator

About the role

NAB Designs is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to act as the bridge between the technical design office, MEP and structural teams, and project owners. You will ensure that design packages are accurately aligned, validated, and delivered on time while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive architectural drawings from the technical design office and distribute them to MEP and structural teams.
• Collect MEP and structural feedback, integrate it into the original design, and coordinate necessary amendments.
• Iterate with MEP and structural teams until a final validated package is achieved.
• Obtain manager approval before forwarding the package to the project owner.
• Gather project‑owner feedback, manage further revisions, and secure final approval.
• Conduct kickoff meetings with the Head of Projects for approved initiatives.
• Address site‑related inquiries, design issues, and amendment requests.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and provide clarification.
• Maintain a project dashboard tracking schedule and budget performance.
• Document meeting minutes and produce weekly status reports for managers and owners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 7–10 years of experience in project coordination within the architecture or construction sector.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
