Architecture Design Team Leader (Interior & Exterior)

About the role

We are a growing real‑estate development company expanding our in‑house design unit. We seek an Architecture Design Team Leader to drive both interior and exterior projects, guiding a creative team from concept through construction while ensuring technical excellence and alignment with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full architectural design process, from initial concept to final execution.
• Produce and review detailed drawings and documentation using Revit, SketchUp and Rhino.
• Coordinate design efforts with electro‑mechanical and structural disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Supervise, mentor and provide technical direction to junior architects and designers.
• Participate in client and project meetings, presenting concepts and resolving technical issues.
• Respond to RFIs, maintaining design intent throughout construction.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project timelines and quality of deliverables to uphold design excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong design sensibility focused on functionality, innovation and aesthetics.
• Solid understanding of construction practices, detailing and material applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Residency in 6th of October City or nearby areas preferred.
