Key responsibilities

• Set the design vision for projects, shaping interiors that blend aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
• Lead design efforts from concept through execution, ensuring innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Translate abstract concepts into visual representations using sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including architects, engineers, and clients—to align with overall design intent.
• Explore innovative materials, finishes, and textures to enhance sensory experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural influences to infuse fresh ideas.
• Mentor and guide the architectural team, fostering professional growth.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding needs and delivering exceptional designs.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• More than 10 years of architectural practice, focusing on complex commercial projects.
• Proven leadership ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and drive results.
• Strategic vision with a passion for architectural innovation.
