Art Director – Lead Creative & Motion Design

About the role

We are looking for an Art Director to lead the visual experience of our mobile applications and related marketing campaigns. You will guide graphic, motion and video teams, integrating AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor graphic design and motion graphics teams, defining artistic direction for static and video assets.
• Oversee production of promotional videos, explainers, animations and social media motion graphics, providing hands‑on direction in story‑boarding and editing.
• Utilize Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and other motion tools to ensure high‑quality output and consistency.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools such as Runway, Kaiber, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion and Adobe Firefly into creative workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute advertising campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of our apps across all platforms, establishing guidelines and templates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Motion Designer or Creative Lead in mobile apps or digital advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, advertising campaigns, motion graphics, video editing and AI‑enhanced work.
• Leadership ability to guide multidisciplinary creative teams and communicate clear direction.
