Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution and optimisation of our digital campaigns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, creative agencies and cross‑functional teams to boost brand awareness, generate leads and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities such as media buying, social media, CRM, email marketing and paid media.
• Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Assist with media planning, budget allocation, campaign optimisation and performance reporting.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives and collaborate with sales to improve conversion rates.
• Help manage website content, landing pages and digital user‑experience improvements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
• Promote events, launches and activations through digital channels.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in digital, social or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, social media, CRM and email marketing.
• Experience managing relationships with creative, media and digital agencies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset for developing campaign concepts, content ideas and digital storytelling.
• Solid experience in content production (photography, videography, design).
• Proven real‑estate experience, especially with primary residences, second homes or mixed‑use developments.
• Agency experience managing real‑estate accounts is a plus.
