Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and help create memorable guest experiences. You will support the daily operations of one or more dining outlets, ensuring high-quality service, food presentation, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
• Support the development and execution of guest‑satisfaction strategies, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
• Monitor food presentation standards, cost controls, and portion sizes to maximize value.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and recognize team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new talent.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
