Assistant Manager – Dark Stores (Q‑Commerce)

About the role

As an Assistant Manager for Dark Stores within Noon Minutes, you will help scale the fastest hyper‑local delivery platform across the MENA region. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end performance of a city or cluster of stores, ensuring operational excellence and strict adherence to SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of dark‑store clusters, monitoring KPIs and delivery performance.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Serve as the primary Operations Point of Contact for all city‑level matters.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align execution with Noon Minutes strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, Q‑commerce, or retail operations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with a proven track record of data‑driven improvements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, flexible and results‑oriented.
