Assistant Manager – Risk & Compliance

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Risk & Compliance will lead internal audit activities and ensure adherence to security standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. This role supports the organization’s data protection obligations and drives risk mitigation across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits aligned with ISO 27001, PCI DSS and other security certifications.
• Perform routine audits to verify contract compliance and local data protection requirements.
• Deploy and maintain certifications (ISO 27001, PCI DSS) for the entity.
• Provide awareness training on data privacy and information security.
• Lead independent fraud investigations and produce detailed reports.
• Execute annual risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in risk and compliance, audit and policy implementation.
• Proven ability to conduct internal audits and close audit gaps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Analytical mindset, quick learner and comfortable with rotational shifts.
