About the role
Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program is designed for recent graduates to develop consulting expertise across technology and data‑driven projects. As an Associate Consultant you will work on real business challenges for global brands, gaining exposure to financial services, retail, hospitality and more while building a solid foundation for a career at Mastercard.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate within small, cross‑functional teams to answer strategic questions and implement data‑focused solutions for clients.
- Create and own deliverables, building external relationships with clients while leveraging technology and data insights.
Required profile
- Undergraduate or accelerated master’s degree with an expected graduation date in Spring 2027.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering high‑quality results and a strong analytical mindset.
Required skills
- SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Python for data manipulation and modeling.
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
