Associate Digital Designer

About the role

The Associate Digital Designer will support PepsiCo’s packaging and point‑of‑sale visual communications across Egypt. You will translate brand briefs into print‑ready assets, ensuring high‑quality execution while collaborating with internal teams and external printers.

Key responsibilities

• Project management: define scope, set timelines, conduct self‑quality checks, iterate and deliver final print files with correct specifications.
• Package design: interpret briefs, create packaging concepts, and add value to day‑to‑day projects.
• POSM & OOH adaptation: develop point‑of‑sale and out‑of‑home assets that meet brief requirements.
• Communication: proactively liaise with requestors, internal teams and printers via email and calls.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of packaging design experience within a CPG environment.
• Background in both agency and client settings.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience supervising direct reports.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Project management and strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of color separation principles, printing technologies, pre‑press requirements and production standards.
• Package design and POSM/OOH adaptation expertise.
• Basic 3D modeling skills.
