Associate Field Service & Technical Advisor

About the role

Based primarily on a nuclear construction site, the Associate Field Service and Technical Advising professional is responsible for installing generators and their auxiliaries at the end‑customer location. The role works closely with turbine, shaft line and pump installation teams and represents Arabelle Solutions to the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of company culture, effective communication and compliance with EHS requirements for all parties on site.
• Drive and manage Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) practices throughout the installation.
• Participate in site planning, construction coordination and prioritize critical activities, escalating blockers as needed.
• Guarantee technical compliance of the installation and successful handover to the commissioning team, reviewing quality documentation and maintaining the site quality plan.
• Leverage digital tools such as NEX, ERP systems and collaborative platforms to optimise processes.
• Maintain transparent communication with customers, partners, subcontractors and engineering teams.
• Contribute to lessons‑learned and knowledge‑sharing activities across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven industrial experience with rotating equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of nuclear turbine‑generator units (e.g., W100, LP69/75) or equivalent heavy rotating machinery.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to perform efficiently in demanding, high‑pressure project environments.
