Associate Manager Infrastructure Services (Container/Linux)

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for an Associate Manager to lead its Infrastructure Services focused on container and Linux environments. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and performant hybrid infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain container runtimes and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Manage Helm charts, container image pipelines and ingress configurations, ensuring role‑based access control and security policies.
• Implement Linux centralized management tools (RedHat Satellite, SUSE Manager) and oversee patch management across hybrid environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Puppet and other IaC tools.
• Monitor and tune container performance with Prometheus and Grafana, and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with CIS hardening, log forwarding, SIEM integration and OS‑level auditing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 4+ years of IT infrastructure work, including at least 1 year in a similar managerial role.
• Proven experience with Linux kernel tuning, virtualization (KVM, VMware) and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a continuous‑learning mindset to stay current with emerging technologies.
