Associate People Operations

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Associate People Operations to support the full employee lifecycle across its store network. You will partner closely with Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, effective engagement, and compliant employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new store employees and conduct exit interviews to uncover turnover trends.
• Analyze attrition data and assist in action‑planning initiatives to improve retention.
• Support manpower planning by coordinating staffing plans with Operations and maintaining accurate system transactions.
• Design and execute employee engagement activities such as on‑floor events, town halls, and reward & recognition programs.
• Act as liaison between Operations and Employee Relations, handling grievances, investigations, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with P&C Core Operations/TAAPs on staff inquiries, payroll questions, benefits administration, and letters.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of HR experience in a warehouse or factory setting.
• Experience in e‑commerce, quick‑commerce, fintech, FMCG or retail is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for informed decision‑making.
