About the role

Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program in Cairo offers recent graduates the chance to develop deep product‑management expertise while working on real‑world projects that shape the future of digital payments. As an Associate Product Specialist you will rotate through product teams, collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, and contribute to the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tasks across the product lifecycle, from concept through go‑to‑market.
• Assist in defining milestones, tracking progress, and identifying risks and dependencies.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and consumer insight studies to inform product vision.
• Develop presentations for sales and partnership meetings and help define pricing strategies.
• Engage with customers to understand impact, resolve operational issues, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with technical teams on emerging technologies such as AI, APIs, blockchain, and cybersecurity.

Required profile

• Anticipated graduation in Spring 2027.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptable and collaborative in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and their business value.

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
