Associate Visual Merchandising

About the role

The Associate Visual Merchandising role supports the planning, implementation and maintenance of high‑quality visual standards across Chalhoub Group stores, focusing on luxury and beauty brands. You will translate brand guidelines into impactful in‑store executions and ensure consistency across windows, podiums, launches and animations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement seasonal visual concepts, brand guidelines, launches, windows, podiums and in‑store displays across all stores.
• Conduct regular market and store visits to verify VM standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance, logistics, brands and internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality execution of VM projects.
• Forecast and plan VM material requirements on a seasonal and annual basis.
• Support new store openings with floor plans, zoning, planograms and VM implementation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising within luxury, beauty, fashion or premium retail.
• Strong visual eye, attention to detail and ability to redesign merchandising concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to conduct regular store visits and present professional updates.

• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Illustrator.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
