Atlassian Developer & Jira Administrator (Solution Engineer)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian professional who can design, configure and support Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence environments. The candidate will deliver scalable, secure solutions that align with business processes and drive efficient collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence, including Data Center instances.
• Design, customize and optimise workflows, screens, permissions, issue types and automation rules.
• Develop custom extensions using ScriptRunner, JMWE and other Atlassian Marketplace apps.
• Build dashboards, reports and analytics with EazyBI to support decision‑making.
• Perform application maintenance, upgrades, patching and platform health monitoring.
• Troubleshoot technical incidents and implement system enhancements and change requests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and ensure best‑practice governance, security and administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on Jira administration experience, including Data Center.
• Proven ability to deliver custom solutions and automation within the Atlassian suite.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
