Atlassian Technical Support Engineer (Associate L2/L3)

About the role

PwC is looking for Associate Level 2 and 3 Atlassian Products Support Engineers to join its advisory technology team in Cairo. You will provide technical support for Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, working with clients and partners to deliver support solutions that meet their business needs. The team reports to the Cloud Service Delivery Director and works alongside colleagues delivering client transformation programs across the PwC Global Network, including the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Atlassian products, following best practices and standards
• Manage and optimize application performance, security and operational tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Jira, Confluence and associated tools
• Collaborate with other support engineers, developers, architects and project managers
• Manage Jira projects and Confluence spaces on both Cloud and self-hosted versions
• Handle daily tickets and requests, creating new Jira projects, workflows, custom fields and Confluence spaces

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in applications technical support
• Fluent English, speaking and writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and to collaborate with team members

Required skills

• Support for Atlassian products, especially Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with application support tools and methodologies
• Scripting and automation tools
• IT service management and agile methodologies
• Desirable: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-620) or similar certification
