ATM/POS Switch Technical Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an ATM/POS Switch Technical Administrator to manage and maintain our IST‑Switch application. The role involves configuring devices, generating reports, and ensuring smooth operation of the switch within a banking or payment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Add, modify and configure devices on the IST‑Switch application.
• Generate various files, reports and statistics required by institutions.
• Monitor switch operations, apply control procedures and troubleshoot issues.
• Administer the monitoring system associated with the switch.
• Prepare and execute test cases provided by internal or external parties.
• Open tickets and follow up with vendors to resolve incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience with IST‑Switch, POS or ATM systems.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience in banking or payment‑scheme environments is a plus.

Required skills

• IST‑Switch, POS and ATM system knowledge.
• SQL and PL/SQL.
• Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Office 365 productivity suite.
• C# application development.
