ATM/POS Switch Technical Administrator

About the role

The ATM/POS Switch Technical Administrator is responsible for managing and configuring devices on the IST‑Switch application, ensuring smooth operation of payment and banking switches. The role involves generating reports, monitoring system performance, and supporting integration testing.

Key responsibilities

• Add, modify, and configure devices on the IST‑Switch app.
• Generate required files, reports, and statistics for each institution.
• Administer the monitoring system and apply procedures to maintain strong control and eliminate errors.
• Prepare and execute test cases provided by internal or external parties.
• Troubleshoot issues, open tickets, and follow up with vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience with IST‑Switch, POS or ATM environments.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience in banking or payment‑scheme projects is a plus.

• IST‑Switch, POS, ATM device management.
• SQL and PL/SQL.
• Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Office365 productivity suite.
