About the role

Key responsibilities

• Listen to a variety of audio recordings and transcribe speech into well‑formatted text.
• Handle different speakers, accents, speech speeds, and audio quality levels.
• Apply consistent punctuation, grammar, and formatting rules.
• Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes when required.
• Meet quality standards and turnaround targets for each assignment.

Required profile

• Strong active listening skills with a keen ear for detail.
• Good typing speed and accuracy to keep up with spoken audio.
• Patience and focus when working with challenging audio conditions.
• Ability to follow detailed transcription guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable working independently on an asynchronous schedule.
