Audit & Compliance Manager

About the role

The Audit & Compliance Manager is a group‑level position within the Revenue Management function at OHM. The role ensures data accuracy, integrity and governance across all commercial systems, supporting reliable decision‑making for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain group‑wide data governance standards for RMS, CRS, PMS, channel management and BI platforms.
• Design and execute regular audits covering segmentation, rates, inventory, restrictions, availability, forecasts and system usage.
• Identify data inconsistencies, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, IT and BI teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align system configurations, SOPs and governance rules.
• Track data‑quality KPIs, maintain audit logs, issue registers and remediation trackers.
• Report data‑quality performance, trends and risks to the Senior Director of Revenue Development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in data governance, compliance auditing or revenue management within a hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate audit findings into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
