Away From Home Key Account Manager

About the role

The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for an Away From Home Key Account Manager to lead relationships with top food‑service chains, drive commercial growth and ensure high service levels across high‑potential accounts. You will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets, expanding product range and increasing market share within the HORECA channel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities with top chains, creating demand through menu innovation and industry trends.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business, both through horizontal selling to new customers and vertical selling to existing accounts.
• Conduct account planning, performance tracking and cross‑functional alignment with marketing, chef and supply teams.
• Collaborate with distributors to guarantee service and delivery, and create promotional calendars for each chain.
• Maintain accurate sales tools, CRM data, weekly reports and market surveys to monitor performance and market trends.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business Management.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar sales role.
• Strong sales background with solution‑selling expertise.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret channel data and market trends.
• Fluency in Arabic and advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
