B2B Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Account Manager to join our Cairo office. You will manage a portfolio of employer accounts on the WUZZUF platform, serving as the primary post‑sales contact and driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client hiring objectives and recommend appropriate WUZZUF solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for employer accounts.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Handle inquiries, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer‑success teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Track key performance indicators, produce regular reports, and gather client feedback.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in account management, customer success, or B2B client‑facing roles, preferably within HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment services.
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder‑management, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High ownership, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability.
