B2B Business Development Manager

About the role

Frontier Academy is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead corporate client acquisition. You will focus on B2B sales, relationship management, and converting institutional leads into long‑term training partnerships with banks, corporates, and family businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target corporate clients such as banks, financial institutions, large companies, and family businesses.
• Build and manage a robust corporate sales pipeline.
• Initiate contact with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and senior management.
• Present Frontier Academy’s programs and value proposition to corporate clients.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor training solutions.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing discussions, and contract closure.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up on leads and keep accurate CRM records.
• Support long‑term partnerships and generate repeat business.
• Represent Frontier Academy at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or B2B partnerships.
• Experience selling training, consulting, professional services, or education is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of corporate environments, preferably banking, finance, or professional services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and target‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
