About the role
The Associate Customer Success Specialist will support a portfolio of B2B French‑speaking customers, building strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of daily phone and email contacts with existing customers.
- Verify and maintain accurate contact information using search and productivity tools.
- Conduct regular health checks to assess product satisfaction and value delivery.
- Develop deep product knowledge to address customer questions and objections.
- Document qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics through surveys, calls, and emails.
- Capture the "Voice of the Customer" and report expectations, experiences, and risk of churn.
- Initiate appropriate communication to resolve concerns and remove usage roadblocks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and management to promote a positive customer experience.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a strong desire to help clients succeed.
- Ability to handle a high volume of interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive problem‑solver who can work cross‑functionally.
