B2B Outreach Specialist – Business & Founder Stories

About the role

Dolphinuz is expanding its Business & Founder Story offering and seeks a B2B Outreach Specialist to identify companies, founders, and executives across the GCC/MENA region, start meaningful conversations, and turn qualified interest into paid stories.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build qualified B2B prospect lists.
• Identify decision‑makers and reach them through LinkedIn, email, and relevant channels.
• Write personalized outreach based on each prospect's story, achievements, product, or journey.
• Manage follow‑ups and qualify interested prospects.
• Present Dolphinuz's Business & Founder Story offering and move prospects toward a discovery call or purchase.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly on outreach, qualified leads, conversations, and conversions.
• Share market feedback to improve targeting, messaging, and the offer.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, sales, business development, PR, media, or partnerships.
• Ability to find the right decision‑maker and start a relevant conversation.
• Skill in writing personalized outreach rather than relying only on templates.
• Comfort with cold outreach, follow‑ups, and lead qualification.
• Organized and comfortable with CRM tools.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic (especially Gulf Arabic) is a strong advantage.
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, media, technology, creators, and the GCC/MENA business ecosystem.
