B2B Sales Expert – Built-in Appliances

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth in the built‑in appliances segment, focusing on real estate developers, contractors, and project‑based sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a B2B sales pipeline within the real estate and construction sector.
• Identify and approach developers, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
• Promote and sell built‑in home appliances such as kitchen equipment and integrated systems.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Manage negotiations and close large‑scale project deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical) to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging project opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in electronics/home‑appliances or real‑estate/project sales.
• Strong understanding of the built‑in appliances market.
• Proven experience dealing with developers, consultants and contractors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Established network within the real‑estate sector is highly preferred.
• Ability to provide verified professional references from real‑estate or project‑based sales environments.
