Bar Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Bar Waiter to join our hotel’s bar team within the Accor network. You will be the face of our food‑and‑beverage service, welcoming guests, taking orders and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages at the bar, taking orders promptly and accurately.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and drink preparations to guests.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation, handling any guest belongings with care.
• Follow the hotel’s service manuals, brand standards and health‑safety procedures.
• Promote additional items and upsell targeted services.
• Participate in orientation training, two performance assessments per year and ongoing environmental initiatives such as waste reduction and energy saving.
