Barista – Coffee Preparation & Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team, delivering high‑quality coffee beverages and providing technical support for coffee equipment. The successful candidate will interact directly with customers, ensuring a memorable café experience while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role combines hands‑on coffee preparation with equipment troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold coffee beverages.
• Ensure high‑quality taste and presentation of each drink.
• Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders.
• Provide technical support for coffee machines and roasting equipment systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coffee preparation or technical support.
• Good knowledge of coffee types and preparation methods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
