About the role
Join Marriott International as a Barista, delivering memorable guest experiences in a vibrant café environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every guest enjoys high‑quality food and beverage service.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, clean work areas, and maintain supplies throughout the shift.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve drinks, and ensure a friendly atmosphere.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
