Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Beach Attendant, where you’ll combine safety responsibilities with exceptional guest service. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests to the pool area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with an upbeat attitude, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices.
• Respond quickly to emergencies in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first‑aid assistance when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area to keep it safe and tidy.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
