Beauty Category Manager – Duty Free (Cairo Airport)

About the role

The Beauty Category Manager will own the portfolio of beauty brands at Cairo Airport duty‑free, shaping strategy, pricing and margin for skincare, makeup and fragrance. This commercial role combines brand partnership, P&L responsibility and on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the category strategy and business plan aligned with brand positioning and budget targets.
• Source, onboard and negotiate contracts with new and existing beauty brands.
• Manage the category P&L, drive margin, monitor spend and report performance against targets.
• Set pricing policy by benchmarking competitors and duty‑free markets.
• Plan and execute the annual promotions calendar, including launches, activations and visual displays.
• Optimize merchandising space and stock efficiency through forecasting and order cycle management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Category Manager, Brand Manager or senior Sales Manager with strong commercial depth.
• Proven experience in the beauty sector covering skincare, makeup and fragrance.
• Background in luxury or premium retail and demonstrated vendor/account management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with daily interaction with international brand teams.
